    DEVICE FOR SUPPORT AND / OR REMATE OF TRANSPARENT OR TRANSLATED PLATES, WITH INCORPORATED LIGHTING.
    Object of the invention.
    The present invention relates to a support and / or capping device of transparent or translucent plates, with incorporated lighting; intended to face at least one of the ends of the transparent plate and incorporating lighting elements that project light into the transparent plate or translucent by said end.
    This device has some particular construction oriented to allow access to the lighting elements incorporated in it, to repair or replace it, without the need to disassemble the whole device, or the transparent plate in question.
    Field of application of the invention.
    This invention is applicable in the field of construction and in particular to the fastening and lighting of transparent, or translucent plates, of shop windows, railings, curtain walls or any other application that incorporates transparent or translucent plates; of glass, methacrylate or other similar materials.
    State of the art.
    Currently, within the field of construction, the use of transparent, or translucent plates, of glass, methacrylate or other similar materials is common, for the conformation of various construction elements, such as railings, shop windows or curtain walls, among others.
    In these cases, a support or closing device is placed on at least one of the ends of the transparent plate, generally consisting of

    a profile that hugs the corresponding end of the transparent or translucent plate.
    In those cases in which it is desired to illuminate said plate to form a light screen and / or illuminate motifs engraved therein, it is known to incorporate in said profile some lighting elements oriented towards the inside of the transparent plate and facing each other. to the corresponding end of said transparent plate.
    Generally for this application, LED diode strips are used as lighting elements, which provide light of different colors.
    The drawback presented by these support devices with built-in lighting is that in case of failure of any of the LED strips or lighting elements, to proceed with their repair it is necessary to disassemble the support or closing device and the corresponding transparent plate; what is expensive and complex, especially when these works are carried out in height and the plate in question has important dimensions and weight.
    The applicant for this invention is unaware of the existence of support and / or capping devices of transparent or translucent plates, with built-in lighting, which present constructive characteristics aimed at satisfactorily solving the technical problem posed.
    Description of the invention
    The support device and / or finish of transparent plates, with built-in lighting, object of the invention, being of the type mentioned above and collected in the pre-characterizing part of the first revindication, presents constructive peculiarities oriented to allow the disassembly of the elements of lighting included in it, without the need to disassemble the entire device, or the transparent plate associated with it.
    For this, the device of the invention comprises at least:

    - a main profile and a practicable profile, both with a general "L" configuration, which embrace at least one end portion of a transparent plate laterally and frontally;
    - means for fixing the practicable profile, in lateral direction, with respect to the main profile;
    - a defined cavity between the end of the transparent plate and the main and / or practicable profiles, and which contains lighting elements of the transparent plate.
    The cavity containing the lighting elements is facing the end of the transparent plate; and is accessible with the practicable profile in disassembled position; which allows the lighting elements to be mounted and disassembled for repair or maintenance, removing only the practicable profile, and without removing the main profile, or the transparent plate; thus achieving the objectives of the invention.
    Both the main profile and the practicable profile have first branches that form lateral stops for mounting the device with respect to the opposite faces of the transparent plate; and second branches covering the end of said transparent plate.
    In an embodiment of the invention, the fixing means of the practicable profile, in the lateral direction, with respect to the main profile are preferably constituted by tightening screws; having also provided in a variant embodiment that said fixing means may be constituted by a tongue and groove coupling with several retention points of the main profiles and practicable with different separations. This second option allows the device to be applied on transparent or translucent plates of different thicknesses.
    It should be mentioned that with the features described above this device can be used in any application in which you want to perform the

    support or finish of a transparent plate by part or all of its contour and perform the illumination of said plate by means of the lighting elements included in the device itself.
    With the device of the invention, to access the lighting elements and to repair or replace them, it is enough to release the fixing means of the practicable profile and extract said practicable profile; no need to disassemble the transparent plate or the main profile.
    Description of the figures.
    To complement the description that is being made and in order to facilitate the understanding of the features of the invention, a set of drawings is attached to the present specification in which, with an illustrative and non-limiting nature, the following has been represented:
    - Figure 1 shows an exploded perspective view of an example of realization of the device of the invention, applied in this case to a transparent glass plate of a shop window.
    - Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the elements of figure 1 in assembled position.
    - Figure 3 shows an exploded view in elevation of a first embodiment of the device of the invention, forming a top of a transparent plate of a railing.
    - Figure 4 shows an elevation view of the parts of the previous figure, in position mounted on the transparent plate of the railing.
    - Figure 5 shows an exploded elevational view of a second variant embodiment of the device of the invention applied on a transparent plate, with double glass and air chamber, of a curtain wall.

    - Figure 6 shows a view of the elements of the previous figure, assembled form a fastening frame of a transparent plate of a curtain wall suspended from support profiles of said curtain wall.
    Preferred embodiment of the invention.
    The exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 1 the device comprises a main profile (1) and a practicable profile (2), each of which has a first branch (11, 21) and a second branch (12, 22) perpendicular to the previous one.
    The purpose of the main and practicable profiles (1, 2) is to embrace an extreme portion of a transparent plate (3), or by translucent extension, in this case a glass plate of a shop window.
    As can be seen in the mounting position represented in Figure 2, the first branch (11, 21) of the main and practicable profiles act by means of flexible joints against the opposite faces (31, 32) of the transparent plate ( 3), while the second branches (12, 22) of said profiles cover the end (33) of the transparent plate (3) and delimit a cavity (4), facing the end (33) of the transparent plate (3) , in which are housed lighting elements (5) constituted in this case by a strip of LEDs.
    These lighting elements (5) project light through the end (33) of the transparent plate (3) into it.
    The device comprises fixing means in lateral direction from the practicable profile (2) to the main profile (1); represented in this case by a screw (61); so that it is enough to remove the mentioned screw (61) to laterally remove the practicable profile (2) and access the lighting elements (5) and proceed to repair or replacement without disassembling the main profile (1) or the plate ( 3), which will remain supported on said main profile or on a suitable support element, associated with said main profile (1).

    As can be seen in the aforementioned figure 2, in the mounting position of the main (1) and practicable (2) profiles, the device defines an additional cavity (41) for the passage of some power supply cables (51) of the lighting elements (5).
    In this embodiment, the device comprises a cover (71) snap-in on the external face practicable profile (2) for concealment of the screw (61) for fixing the practicable profile (2) to the main profile (1).
    In the variant embodiment shown in Figures 3 and 4, the device forms a cap on the upper end of a transparent plate (3) of a railing, in this case, the means for fixing the profiles (1 and 2) ) by a tongue and groove coupling (62) with several retention points of the profiles (1, 2) with different separations.
    As in the previous embodiment, in the mounting position shown in Figure 4, the main (1) and practicable (2) profiles, define a cavity for housing the lighting elements (5) responsible for projecting the light into the transparent plate (3).
    In this embodiment, the device additionally comprises an embellishing profile (72) of "U" section which, in the mounting position shown in Figure 4, covers the profiles (1 and 2) of the device laterally and superiorly.
    In the embodiment variant shown in Figures 5 and 6, the main profile (1) and the practicable profile (2) have general characteristics analogous to those of the previous embodiments, and specific shapes to form a perimeter frame around a transparent plate (3) of a curtain wall, and allow the fixing of the main profile (1) to support profiles (8) of the curtain wall.
    In this embodiment the transparent plate (3) is constituted by a double glass with an air chamber, the second branch (22) having the practicable profile (2) of two cavities (4) for the accommodation of lighting elements (5) which are arranged facing the respective glasses of the transparent plate (3).
    As in the realization of figures 1 and 2, in the realization of figures 5 and 6 the practicable profile (2) is fixed to the main profile (1) by means of screws (61), it is sufficient to remove said screws (61) to laterally disassemble the practicable profile 5 (2) and access the lighting elements (5), without the need to disassemble the main profiles (1) of the support profiles (8) of the curtain wall, nor to disassemble the plate (3 ) transparent of the frame formed by said main profiles (1).
    10 In this embodiment, the main profile (1) externally has, on its first branch (11) a support hook (13) on some of the support profiles (8) of the curtain wall and on its second branch (12) of a channel (14) on which fixing clips (81) actuated screwed to said support profiles (8).
    Once the nature of the invention has been sufficiently described, as well as an example of preferred realization, it is stated to the appropriate effects that the materials, shape, size and disposition of the described elements may be modified, provided that this does not imply alteration of the essential characteristics of the invention that are claimed below.
